The objective of this session is to teach EROs and tax professionals how to audit proof their tax office by implementing due diligence processes, best practices and security measures. During this session, we will discuss how to properly interview a tax client, what questions to ask, how to properly document a file, how to properly complete form 8867, how to audit your tax office and how to perform due diligence on every client.
